Katherine began her career in Legal Recruitment in 1995 with QD Legal (North) and remained there until 1999.Thereafter, she took up a Senior Management role with another, high profile specialist Legal Recruitment Consultancy. She co- founded Rushton Bond in May 2007.

Nigel graduated from Newcastle University in Politics/Economics before going on to complete an MSc the following year also at Newcastle. He secured his first position in recruitment in 1997, entering legal recruitment in 2002. As a result he has a thorough understanding of the dynamics of the recruitment process and the legal recruitment process in particular.  

The focus of Nigel’s activity has been in the recruitment of qualified solicitors into both private practice and in-house positions. He has dealt with candidates at all levels from NQ through to Associate and right up to and including partner level. He has also assisted qualified Barristers, disillusioned with life at the Bar, to cross the divide into private practice or in-house roles.

Graham was admitted as a Solicitor in1986 having trained and practiced in Manchester. He subsequently moved into legal recruitment in 1987 and is now one of the highest profile legal recruiters in the North of England primarily brokering moves for partners, teams and practice groups. He is also experienced in fronting merger negotiations on behalf of law firms.

During the past 20 years Graham has managed his own legal recruitment consultancy with offices in Leeds and Manchester and has also held directorships with  QD Legal (North) and TMP Executive Resourcing – Legal. He co-founded Rushton Bond in May 2007.
